Doctoral research:
lBiomimetic design of LbL-assembled (PSS/PAH)n multilayers capsules and particles and apply to special recognition of cancer cells relative to normal HUVEC cells;
lIllustrate the leucocyte cell membrane modified Janus capsules can be phagocytosed by cancer cells by means of CLSM, SEM characterization.
lStudy the near infrared laser-initiated cancer cell apoptosis based on Janus capsules by critical laser power; the hollow cavity of Janus capsule can package micromolecule drug, NIR laser also benefit to control the speed of drug release from Janus capsules.
lProposed the composite microparticles model which contained near-infrared laser absorbent gold nanorods and Fe3O4 superparamagnetic particles, the magnetic field can guide particles to linear distribution around the wound and then photothermal therapy on mouse experiments.
